Heyyyy!,

I'm Ambrosia! Your go to Full Spectrum Doula

As a married mother of three wonderful children, my passion for this work is deeply personal. My own birth experiences revealed just how vital it is for birthing people to have compassionate, informed support, someone who listens without judgment, advocates fiercely, and ensures they are able to make fully informed choices about their bodies and their care.

At Woman to Woman Doula Co., I am especially committed to supporting BIPOC mothers and birthing people, who continue to face disproportionate risks, systemic bias, and inequities in maternal and infant health outcomes. Culturally responsive, respectful, and trauma-informed care is not optional, it is essential. Every person deserves to feel safe, believed, and protected throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

I believe in quality over quantity. I choose to support only a select number of births each year so I can give every family my full attention, personalized support, and consistent presence throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. This allows me to honor your birth journey and provide the calm, informed, and intentional support you deserve. I believe birth should be free from stigma, fear, and shame. Whether you choose an unmedicated or medicated birth, breastfeeding, chestfeeding, bottle feeding, or any combination of feeding, every decision deserves respect and celebration. My goal is for each client to feel confident, supported, and deeply cared for, regardless of race, gender identity, family structure, faith, or circumstance.

Grounded in faith, compassion, and evidence-based care, I support birthing individuals and families with calm presence, informed guidance, and unwavering encouragement through each stage of birth.Every body matters, every story holds value, and every birth deserves to be honored.
