Cancellation Policy

I’m honored you’re considering me to support your birth journey. I take a limited number of births each year so I can provide focused, personalized care and be fully present for every family. Booking Your Spot To reserve your due date, a $500 non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required. Booking is available through my online portal. If you have trouble with the portal, please contact me directly. Payments The remaining balance is due by 36 weeks. Payment plans are available—please ask if you’d like to set one up. Prenatal Support Once booked, you’ll have unlimited phone, text, and email support, plus prenatal visits to review your birth preferences, comfort measures, and postpartum planning. I provide guidance, tools, and resources so you feel informed and confident. Birth Support I provide continuous in-person support during labor, including emotional support, physical comfort measures, and advocacy with your care team. In rare emergencies, a qualified backup doula will step in. Postpartum Support I offer postpartum visits to help you adjust, provide guidance on newborn care, breastfeeding, and emotional support, and connect you with additional resources if needed. Cancellation & Liability The deposit is non-refundable. I provide support as a doula, not a medical professional, and cannot be held liable for medical outcomes. All medical decisions remain with you and your healthcare team. Next Steps To book, complete the online portal agreement and deposit. Once confirmed, we’ll schedule prenatal visits and start preparing for your birth journey.
